The website design process can take as little as one day and up to a few weeks. It all depends on how quickly you can review our design and provide us with the necessary materials and text.

The cost for our website design services usually ranges from $180 - $2000.

Website Hosting.

TopSearchWebsites can host your business website. This means that your business website and files will be stored on our dedicated webservers. All information and files on our webserver will be accessible via the World Wide Web (Internet).

TopSearchWebsites does not have a size limit or cost for amount of information transferred. We post and manage all websites on our webservers.

Business website hosting accounts can be set up in a couple of hours.

The cost for website hosting is $15 per month and includes up to 5 business email accounts.

Domain Name Registration.

TopSearchWebsites is a website domain name registrar. A domain name is the specific address of your business website on the Internet. We can register any domain name that is available for a period of one year.

We handle the entire domain name registration process including pointing your domain at your website email and hosting account. We can also transfer your domain from your current registrar to our registration service free of charge. You also can keep your current registrar, and we will point your domain at our webserver.

Domain names can be set up in about 12 hours and can be ready for use world-wide in about 24 hours.

The cost for each domain name is $10 per year.

Business Email Accounts.

TopSearchWebsites can provide up to 5 business email accounts for every website hosting account.

All of our business email accounts can be set up to work with mail clients such as Outlook Express, Eudora, and Thunderbird. This allows you to retrieve your emails via your local computer. There is no size limit for email inboxes or attachments.

Business emails can be set up in as little as 3 hours depending on your domain name registration status.

The cost for up to 5 email accounts is included in the cost of website hosting, which is $15 per month. Each additional email account is $5 per month.

Search Engine Optimization.

TopSearchWebsites specializes in search engine optimization. This means our websites are designed, written and coded so there is a good chance your website will be visible near to or at the top of search engine results for targeted keywords or phrases.

Before designing any website, TopSearchWebsites conducts extensive keyword research to find out what targeted keywords and phrases will bring the most online searchers to your business website. We then incorporate these keywords and phrases into your website.

Even though we cannot guarantee top placement, all of our websites currently perform well in searches for targeted keywords and phrases. Many search engine optimization companies claim to guarantee top placement, but this is impossible because the search engine companies such as Google and Microsoft Search have all of the control. We can guarantee that we will help you with keyword selection, effective text and copy writing, and optimal HTML coding.

Search Engine Optimization usually takes 3 - 5 hours. Depending on the updates made by the search engines, the effect of optimizing your business website can take as little as one day and as long as 3 months. The time limit varies on how often the search engines update their records.

Graphic Design Services.

TopSearchWebsites can create a custom logo and graphics for your website, printed materials and business cards. All our designs are unique and approved by you. We can also work with your local printer.
